When we walked into the doors at Saint John Hyundai we were greeted at the desk, we explained we were interested in a vehicle and the lady said she would find someone. Without mentioning anyone in particular, Mark came over and introduced himself, based on recommendation we had heard about him it had to have been meant to be.
